Join Me at SFMOMA: Ruth Asawa Retrospective
You're invited to a Commons group visit to the Ruth Asawa: Retrospective at SFMOMA — the first major posthumous exhibition of one of the Bay Area’s most beloved and visionary artists.
🌀 What to Expect
This retrospective brings together over 300 works spanning six decades of Asawa’s career, from her signature looped-wire sculptures to rarely seen drawings, paintings, and clay pieces. There’s even a gallery designed to feel like her Noe Valley home — complete with her hand-carved redwood doors, sketchbooks, and personal collection.
