HOW TO CANCEL CLASS:
Please EMAIL US anytime before the class begins, to notify us of cancellation and we will manually add a class credit back to your account. If you self-cancel by using the cancellation link on the class page, the Luma system will not automatically credit you and you must notify us in order to be credited.
NOTE: It may take up to 24hrs for credit to appear in your account.
HOW TO REDEEM CLASS PACK CREDIT:
You must be signed into LUMA in order for your class-pack credits to appear. When logged in, navigate to any class, and in the payment section you’ll see the option to “Redeem with Credits”, along with your remaining credits amount. If you don’t see this option that means you are not signed in!
LATE REGISTRATION:
You can register/join a class at anytime, even once the class is in progress!
