🎙️ Meet the Speakers
Mansoor Rahimat Khan
Mansoor is the co-founder and CEO of Beatoven.ai, a leading AI music generator. He was named as Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia in Consumer Technology and has over 20 years of experience as a professional sitar player. Mansoor hails from a family of musicians with a legacy of shaping the sitar for seven generations.
His work bridges music and technology, having attended Georgia Tech’s Centre for Music Technology. The previous product Mansoor managed was acquired for $600 million. Under his leadership, Beatoven.ai has become one of the top 5 AI music generators globally, pioneering inclusive AI that compensates musicians for training their models.
Manaswi Mishra
Manaswi is a LEGO Pappert Fellow and PhD Researcher in the Opera of the Future group at MIT Media Lab. His research focuses on crafting bespoke music experiences using AI that align with human intent.
He has presented his work at major conferences, including ISEA Brisbane, Burning Man, and CVPR 2024, and has been featured in publications such as the Washington Post, Harvard Tech Review, and MIT Press.
Manaswi’s passion lies in making music creation accessible to all, and he’s the founding instigator of the Music Tech Community in India. When he’s not researching, he enjoys collecting unusual sounds.
