レジリエントで包摂的、そして環境にも配慮された地域コミュニティを、私たちはどうやって築けるのでしょうか？
今回のココカラでは「持続可能なコミュニティづくり」をテーマに、2つの先進的な取り組みをご紹介します。一つ目は埼玉県で循環型経済と資源循環のモデルを実践する石坂産業／三富今昔村。そしてもうひとつは、国内外のチェンジメーカーたちが集うグローバルコミュニティ、Impact HUB Tokyo。
これら2つの取り組みを通して、持続可能な地域づくりのヒントを探っていきます。後半では、参加者同士で自由にアイデアを共有できるセッションがあります。どなたでも手を挙げて発言のできるオープンマイク形式です。ぜひ参加者の皆さん同士で、思いを伝えたり、質問や提案をしながら、共に持続可能なコミュニティの未来を想像してみましょう。

登壇者紹介
高継エミリー｜石坂産業株式会社・三富今昔村事業推進部
産業廃棄物を98％再資源化を行う「石坂産業株式会社」へ2020年4月新卒入社。運営を行うサステナブルフィールド「三富今昔村」において企業・学校法人向けに「循環」をテーマとした団体見学プログラムを運営するコンシェルジュを務める。これまで5000人以上のお客様をご案内し、出張講演やワークショップなども行う。
三塩 佑子｜株式会社Hub Tokyo（Impact HUB Tokyo） 代表取締役
国際経営学の学士取得のため大学よりフィンランドに移住。パリやベルリンにも中長期滞在し、多様な社会的・文化的現場での実践経験を積む。株式会社Hub Tokyo入社後は、サステナビリティ領域の起業家支援に取り組み、事業プロトタイピングの伴走支援やサーキュラーエコノミー関連プログラムの運営を担う。また、飲食・アート領域における新規事業の立ち上げや戦略立案にも携わる。2024年7月より、同社代表取締役に就任。グローバルな拠点を提供する不動産事業、起業家支援事業、クリエイターたちを支えビジネスと繋げるアート事業の発展を通して、場を超えたエコシステムのHUBを作っていくことを目指している。

Building Sustainable Communities

How can we build local communities that are resilient, inclusive, and environmentally sound? At this Kokokara session, we explore the theme of Building Sustainable Communities through the lens of two powerful examples: Ishizaka Sangyo / Santome Konjyaku Mura, a model of circular economy and resource recovery in Saitama, and Impact HUB Tokyo, a local community for entrepreneurs tackling social challenges.
After learning about the inspiring work and ongoing challenges faced by both communities, we’ll open the floor for a collaborative brainstorming session. In an open mic format—“raise your hand to share an idea”—everyone will be invited to contribute thoughts, questions, or suggestions to imagine what sustainable communities can look like.

Guest Speakers
Emily Takatsugu | Ishizaka Sangyo / Santome Konjyaku Mura
Emily joined Ishizaka Sangyo, a company that recycles 98% of industrial waste, in 2020 as a new graduate. She currently works as a program coordinator and guide at Santome Konjyaku Mura, a sustainability-focused field in Miyoshi Town. Emily has led programs for over 5,000 participants and regularly gives lectures and workshops on circularity and environmental education.
Yuko Mishio | Impact HUB Tokyo
Yuko moved to Finland from university to pursue a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration. She has also lived in Paris and Berlin for mid to long term and gained various experiences such as working at a gallery and a support organization for refugee entrepreneurs.
Since joining Impact HUB Tokyo, she has been involved in the prototyping of projects for sustainability entrepreneurs, running entrepreneurship programs related to the circular economy, and launching new businesses, etc. With regard to the AIR project, she has directed and curated exhibitions as an organizer, planned and selected events, and organized artists' activities in general, event planning and selection, and supporting artists in all aspects of their activities.

About Impact HUB Tokyo
Impact HUB Tokyo is a member of the Impact HUB Global network, which is a global community of entrepreneurs seeking to create social impact.
They have provided a community co-working space for a diverse range of entrepreneurship, working styles, industries and cultures since its opening in 2013, bringing together many entrepreneurs and Start-ups, freelancers, artists, intrapreneurs and NPO leaders from Japan and abroad, and continues to generate collaboration among its members.
From 2022, they became a Tokyo Metropolitan Government-accredited incubation facility providing entrepreneurial support. In 2023, they launched a cafe “DELI at COMMUNITA” not only open to the community but more open for local neighbors, entrepreneurs and freelancers to gather together.
