​Journalist and marketing professional with a deep passion for entrepreneurship and technology — a journey that began at Endeavor and has shaped her career ever since. She spent a decade working as a reporter for Brazil’s leading media outlets, including Editora Abril and TV Globo, where she covered Business, Economics, and Education. During her time as a correspondent for Globonews in Silicon Valley, she had the opportunity to explore some of the world’s most inspiring companies up close. In 2018, driven by a desire to create more human-centered workplaces, she co-founded Talent Academy, a company dedicated to transforming People & Culture strategies using data and fostering meaningful employee engagement.

​Executive with over 30 years of experience in the communications sector, including 19 years dedicated to creating digital strategies and leading multidisciplinary teams. Journalist with international specializations, co-founder of R7 and PlayPlus portals, having worked in strategic positions at Abril Digital and led the launch of UOL News (2000), Portal EXAME (2001), and Folha Online (1999). Expert in integrating physical and digital worlds, developing innovative strategies and new businesses. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at PUC-SP, enhancing skills to lead changes in the AI-based world. Professor, speaker, mentor, business consultant, and advisor, with board training from Saint Paul Business School and specialization in Managing Emotions in Organizations from Albert Einstein Hospital/University of Santa Barbara. Certified in ESG by EADA (Barcelona) and Business Innovation by CKGSB (China). Leader with a history of innovation and project management. Volunteer Vice President of Marketing at PUC angels. Member of the Worldwide Women's Association, IBGC, SET, and the AI Committee of PUC angels.
