

Stock Club 1.0: Jose Matamoros x Javier Huerta
Excited to kick off the first edition of Stock Club, featuring Jose Matamoros (Chef de Cuisine, Baro) and Javier Huerta (Designer & Architect). Together, they’ll explore themes of stone, ritual, incense, water, smoke, futurism, fire, brutalism, elemental forces, gothic, and minimalism—all woven into a night of food, design, and environment.
Your ticket includes a 5-course menu and drink pairings.
Tostadas
• Tuna – Nikkiri soy, chile meco, roasted xcatic emulsion, avocado
• Beef Tartare – Salsa macha, sumac, tahini, plantain
