follow your (he)art: breath + collage

​June 20 is the Summer Solstice and the first day of Cancer season, so this is extra special time to gather and set intentions for the rest of the year~~

Whether you consider yourself an artist or not, there is creative expression inside of you waiting to be unleashed. Often, our bodies keep us from experimenting with our gifts because our brains are wired to keep us the same.

​To our sweet brains, sameness = safety. But sameness actually equals stagnancy, and true freedom comes from connecting to our (he)art space and living a life where we confidently share our truth, our magic, our art.

​Join Elizabeth, founder of Eliza Gets Intuit, for an evening of meditation and creative expression. During ♡ follow your (he)art♡ we’ll use breathwork to calm our nervous systems, so that we can activate our sense of creativity and play. Then we’ll get crafty and create a collage to take home.
