Join @elizagetsintuit for an evening of guided breathwork and collage making at Fabrik NYC.
♡ follow your (he)art ♡ is a journey of intentional heart opening followed by low-skates creative exploration. Creativity is revolutionary. It is an access point into your intuition. It’s play!! Come connect with new friends and spend an evening nourishing your soul.
All breathwork and collage supplies provided, but feel free to bring your own materials if you’d like 🩵
Small snackies and non-alc bevs provided.

When you arrive at 12-16 Vestry, you'll buzz Floor 4 and the Fabrik team will unlock the front door. You'll then take the lift to 4.
