​Marlene Johnson-Moore and Maurice Handy will be lecturing on hot topic issues that the HUD is seeing with a focus on tenant screening. Marlene is the acting director for Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity programs and compliance over North and South Carolina. Maurice Handy is an Equal Opportunity Specialist.
