Climate Policy Conversation with SanDiego350
Join San Diego Green Drinks and SanDiego350 on Thursday, January 23rd to hear a brief overview about our CA state legislature (what it is, why we should engage, why it's hard to pass good climate legislation), discuss the legislation work we do, what climate senate bills we are focusing on this session, and how you can get involved!
Legislation is a large part of what SanDiego350 does, they research and track bills, meet with legislators, and work in coalition with other organizations statewide to advocate for climate justice.
San Diego Green Drinks is a monthly, free, networking event for environmental or sustainability professionals, or those interested in the subject. Whether you are a longtime visitor or a new attendee, we hope you join us!

SanDiego350 is a non-profit organization building a movement to prevent the worst impacts of climate change and climate injustice through education and outreach, public policy advocacy, and mobilizing people to take action. SanDiego350 is home to a motivated group of diverse volunteers taking action -- and we’re making a difference.

About Green Drinks:
San Diego Green Drinks (SDGD) is a monthly networking group for professionals or individuals interested in the sustainability field. We typically meet on the third Thursday of each month at a local bar to discuss different environmental issues with a speaker followed by open networking. These events are casual, drinking is optional, and anyone interested is encouraged to attend.
