KaFresh is redefining food storage with a spray that keeps crops fresh for longer at room temperature.
What sets it apart? It’s entirely natural. KaFresh spray uses just four plant-based ingredients, free from any artificial substances. It maintains freshness by keeping moisture in and oxygen out, extending shelf life by up to 35 times (a tomato can last 180 days!).
While cold storage (refrigeration) is the go-to preservation method in Africa, it's often prohibitively expensive. KaFresh offers an alternative that even smallholder farmers can afford.

Jean-Paul Nageri, the CEO, is the scientific brains behind KaFresh. He studied Agricultural Science and Entrepreneurship at Uganda Christian University. With a track record of creating thriving businesses in the food sector, Jean-Paul has dedicated seven years to perfecting the KaFresh formula.
Trevor Siu, the COO, brings a wealth of experience from his time as COO and CTO at Victory Farms where he drove their US$35m Series B. Prior to KaFresh, Trevor spent 6 years building businesses at McKinsey and Citadel.
