Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a Client Intake Waiver via email that you will need to sign prior to the class.
Itinerary
8:30AM: Arrive, prepare for class
9AM-10AM: 1hr Strength, Row & Treadmill Fitness Class
10AM-11AM: Social hour with complimentary Protein Bites sponsored by Project Lean Nation, Boxes of Joe provided by SkyTop Coffee and complimentary Spinal & Nervous System Checks performed by Primal Chiropractic.
