3h Workshop, limited to 20 attendees

The life of Product Managers, busy professionals and foudners is a whirlwind of demands, deadlines, and decisions. This constant pressure and our fast-paced world can quickly lead to burnout, stress, and diminished well-being that impacts our creativity and even our physical/mental health. 🤯

The vision of the workshop is to raise awareness about how cultivating mindfulness can be a PM's secret weapon for navigating this challenging landscape. We will discuss the importance of self-awareness, ways for emotional regulation, and share simple yet powerful techniques to manage stress and reconnect with your inner calm. 🧘‍♀️

Prioritizing and practising mindfulness for yourself can unlock your peak performance and creativity, leading to greater focus, enhanced productivity, and ultimately, a more fulfilling and joyful work and personal life. 🌟

Guiding Agenda:

This is our guiding agenda. We will go with the flow and spend as much time on each point as we need. No stress! 🥰

Also, there will be drinks, snacks, and refreshments to ensure we are all well-hydrated and that our brain has enough fuel for the whole workshop. 🍎

  • 13:00–13:20 AM: Soft Welcome

    • Setting the tone for the workshop and setting personal intentions.

  • 13:20–13:50 AM: Warm-Up: Deep Breathing and ‘Pulse Check’

    • Guided breathing exercises to centre and reconnect. 

    • Personal “pulse checks” to assess our current state and a guided self-assessment.

  • 13:50–14:30 AM: The Power of Self-Awareness and First Steps to Mindfulness 

    • Understand how mindfulness enhances clarity, focus, productivity, and overall well-being.

14:30- 15:00 Break 

  • 15:00 PM–15:30 PM: Emotional Regulation Techniques

    • Get familiar with 2 simple techniques: journaling and breathwork.

    • Practical exercise: Reflect on a recent stressor and explore a mindful response.

  • 15:30–16:00 PM: Your Personal Action Plan for Mindfulness and Closing Reflection

    • Design a personalized plan to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life, with practical next steps.

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early, to settle in, have a cup of tea or coffee, to get to know the group and get comfortable.

Darinka is a Mindset Shift and Mindfulness Coach who brings a wealth of experience both in the tech industry and personal development. After a transformative healing journey from burnout, she has dedicated herself to sharing the insights in her personal journey in order to help others to rediscover their authentic self, reconnect with their values, and live a more fulfilling life. Darinka’s journey includes overcoming and mitigating burnout, gaining clarity on goals, and cultivating a mindset that nurtures happiness and well-being.

With years of experience as a Product Manager, Darinka has worked in several fast-paced and dynamic startups and companies, with a high-pressure environment, where has got her understanding of navigating in challenging situations.
