​Gonul is a Master Pilates Trainer, certified Ballet Barre instructor, and qualified Nutrition Coach, currently studying Nutrition and Wellness through an executive programme at Harvard Medical School.​ She coaches high-achieving women, including CEOs, models, and actresses and delivers Pilates and nutrition sessions at ING Bank London as part of their corporate wellness programme.

​As of 2025, Gonul is fully booked with a waitlist, experiencing unprecedented profitability, and has tripled her revenue to an average of 10k monthly. Her resilience, determination, and compassion shine through her work, especially in empowering women 40+ to manage their health and physical shape through a unique method blending nutrition, pilates, barre, and resistance training.
