Mastering The Science Of Psychological Flexibility To Transform Wellbeing, Leadership And Performance The Challenge

As an Olympian, I used to think mindset was about positive thinking, success visualisation and goal setting. The mantra seemed to be: eliminate pressure; become harder, tougher, stronger.

Yet, the science shows I was way off.

At best, those strategies are only a third of what's needed for wellbeing, leadership and performance.

How can we expect stability from a stool with only one leg when the stakes are high?

Drawing from four decades of research, the science of psychological flexibility provides a powerful framework for reconsidering how we approach our mindset for 2024.

For true resilience amidst stress, we need to develop personalised tools to unlock the three foundational pillars: Open Up, Be Present and Do What Matters.

What it's about

The cutting edge science of Psychological Flexibility is validating millennia old traditions to enable leaders, teams and communities to:

  • Manage stress and pressure

  • Navigate change

  • Perform when it matters

  • And still be the person they want to be in the process

It's worked for Olympians, global executives, elite military, leaders, investors, founders and more.

Ultimately, it's about bringing out your best.

Key Takeaways

  1. Education of the science of psychological flexibility

  2. Self-awareness through reflection and activities

  3. A personalised, evidence-based toolkit to enable ongoing practice

  4. Access to digital tools and resources
