Próspera is the world's first Startup City. It's the only free zone in the world with high levels of legal freedoms, which allows it to design most of its own laws, regulations, taxes, and more.
Basically, it is creating a new world, from scratch.
Lonis, Próspera's VP of Growth, will give an overview presentation, followed by a panel led by prolific philosopher Alexander Bard, who has spent time in Próspera.
