CALMfest 2025 - how the gut is the second brain with nutrition expert, Karen Newby.

Who is Karen Newby?
Karen Newby is a nutritionist and lifestyle coach with over 10 years clinical experience. She holds a BSc in Nutritional Medicine and is registered with BANT and CNHC. She is author of The Natural Menopause Method - a nutritional guide to perimenopause and beyond. She hosts regular retreats, corporate talks and workshops. Her approach is highly practical, realistic and achievable - to help clients gain the greatest effects from simple changes.
