This isn’t your average wellness event.
No juice cleanses. No mantras. No small talk.
This is contrast therapy in the wild.
A pop-up ritual where steam, cold, and strangers become medicine.
Where you sweat it out, freeze your ass off, laugh too loud, and walk away feeling more you than you’ve felt in weeks.
🔥 What to Expect
The Heat. Step inside a wood-fired cedar barrel sauna and let it work its magic. Muscles loosen. Mind slows. Breath deepens.
The Cold. Plunge into the cold water of Lake Minnewashta. Wake up every cell in your body. Emerge buzzing, clear, wildly present.
The Setting. Golden hour. Steam laced with eucalyptus. Cedar smoke in the air.
The Ritual. Guided cycles between hot and cold. Listen to your body. Do what you need—release, reconnect, recharge.
We'll sweat. We'll plunge. We'll see who lasts longest in the cold. (First to bail buys drinks?)
No phones. No fluff. No performative “healing.” Just a Saturday night that fills you up instead of drains you.
