Bios:
Sansan Fibri is the Founder and CEO of Wakefully, an AI-powered mental wellness platform that helps individuals and organizations harness the power of their (night) dreams to manifest their (life) dreams. A former film and TV producer who’s worked with Comedy Central, Bill Burr, and Kevin Hart, Sansan now pioneers subconscious transformation—bringing together dream science, AI, and coaching to unlock human potential. Her mission: to help people decode the stories running their lives, and start writing better ones.
Mel Baldridge is the Founder and President of Tutti Quanti, LLC, a woman-owned boutique recruiting firm. With over a decade of experience, she specializes in hiring across all business functions, from entry-level to C-suite, serving industries such as manufacturing, industrial, consumer products, e-commerce, financial services, construction, and real estate development. Mel has earned the trust of her clients by building strong, collaborative partnerships and delivering consistently high-caliber results. She is known for her exceptional headhunting skills and ability to attract top talent in competitive markets. Beyond recruiting, she finds great fulfillment in coaching and mentoring her team to reach their professional goals.
Outside of work, Mel is deeply committed to urban wildlife conservation. She volunteers as a Docent for the National Wildlife Federation’s #SaveLACougars campaign, supporting the world’s largest wildlife crossing in Los Angeles. As a Co-Existence Ambassador with Cougar Conservancy, she educates local communities on how to reduce encounters between mountain lions and domestic animals. She also serves as a Transporter for Pasadena Humane, helping injured wildlife reach care. Mel monitors mountain lion behavior through infrared trail cameras and shares her findings with the National Park Service. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science.
