Following the government’s announcement, employers and employees will be paying more National Insurance. The good news is you can mitigate the cost with a salary sacrifice pension arrangement.
For a company with average salaries of £45k, that means a potential saving of £300-600 per employee per year for an employer who implements and optimises engagement in salary sacrifice, and a saving of £250-£500 per year for each employee.
