​Work closely with the head of operations to understand and scale business operations.

​As the CTO, provide technical guidance and leadership for technology initiatives. Also, assist the COO in improving general operations by leveraging your expertise and resources.

​Collaborate with the COO on implementing new systems like CRM or ERP to enhance operations.

​Help the COO identify areas for employee training to improve efficiency and cybersecurity awareness.

​Use your unique perspective as the CTO to identify opportunities for technology to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.

​Stay informed about the latest technology trends and share this information with the COO for better operational decisions.

​Provide technical guidance to the COO on implementing changes and streamlining processes.

​By working together, the CTO and COO can leverage technology to drive growth and success in the company.
