Defining your personal values & living them at work
This session is an interactive exploration into your personal brand: What are your values? What are your strengths? How do you show up as that person at work?
Before the session, we'll provide a survey for self reflection and exploration of your values and beliefs. This will be yours — we won't look at the answers! — and you're welcome to do it ahead of time, or attend and then fill it out later.
We'll facilitate a discussion to help you to distill and articulate your values, discuss what we've learned through this exercise or others unearthing our values and priorities, and invite members to share their insights. After the session is over, will provide a framework for you to use to continue to refine your personal values and goals.
Finally, we'll discuss how we show up as our values at work, and areas where we want to bring our values-driven selves and our work selves closer together.
