We are now half-way in 2025. The world feels noisy and our life can feel rushed and full of to-do lists, commitments, and plans. And you may feel that the goals you set yourself to achieve this year are far from being accomplished.
What if taking time to simply be and recalibrate would give you clarity on where to focus next?
The Summer invites us to pause and take it slower. To breathe, live lightly, and recalibrate for the upcoming season.
This session is a soft invitation to do exactly that. In this session we will take it slow, breathe deeply, meditate together, and connect to our body and intuition. I will bring mindfulness practices and a safe space for meaningful connections to yourself and others. Together, we will create more clarity for what wants to emerge in your life, apart from all obligations and plans, and set the goals you truly want to commit to.

Ana Amaral is deeply curious and creative human being who brings her kindness and empathy to all her sessions. Currently working as a certified coach and yoga teacher, she focuses on supporting people connect deeply with themselves to create a life aligned with their desires.
