Join us for this roundtable panel on Chief of Staff roles in tech, co-hosted by Clara Ma, Founder and CEO of Ask a Chief of Staff.

Panelists:

Clara (Moderator) - Clara is the Founder and CEO of Ask a Chief of Staff - a company dedicated to finding a Chief of Staff for every executive while continuing to to build and share resource for aspiring and current Chiefs of Staff. She is a former Chief of Staff to a Series A turned B startup and was also the Program Director of On Deck’s Chief of Staff fellowship, growing that community from 80 to over 400 Chiefs of Staff. She will be moderating this panel.

Harry Siggins (Series C) - Harry is the Chief of Staff at Quantive (formerly Gtmhub), a global strategy execution software and services company helping organizations of all sizes and industries achieve their best possible results through greater strategic agility. From supporting initial OKRs implementations across their customer base to owning Quantive's internal strategy execution culture and OKRs process, he's gained a unique perspective on how organizations can be successful in their strategy execution journeys with the framework. A primary focus for Harry in his role at Quantive is to ensure leadership alignment with long-term objectives, lead the executive team to develop strategic plans and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Stacy Maldonado (VC) - Stacy is the liaison between the partners of Include Ventures and the rest of the organization, for whom she implements and manages workflow processes. As a social entrepreneur committed to creating inclusion and belonging in the workplace, Stacy launched ReWork Co. in 2021, to help companies shift their organizational culture towards a healthier work environment. She also co-founded Rooted in Community and What, a virtual community initiative created to support BIPOC communities to form a more genuine connection during the transition of in-person to virtual relationship building during the pandemic. Stacy earned her BA in American Studies from UC Berkeley.

Gordon Kramer (UHNWI + Series A) - Gordon has spent most of his career in Chief of Staff and related roles, across a wide range of companies, industries, responsibilities, and geographies. He’s supported principals at a family owned winery and restaurant, the CEO of a series A tech company while raising series B, and an Ultra High Net Worth Individual. He spent a year as a founding team member of a philanthropic initiative in AI research, and is now exploring his next opportunity. Outside of work, Gordon is an average athlete across a variety of athletic pursuits (rugby, running, hiking, weight lifting), and actively seeks to learn more about math, philosophy, physics, and neuroscience. Gordon earned his MBA at INSEAD, and BA in Ancient Greek at UC Berkeley. 

Nadiya Hayes (Public) -  Nadiya Hayes is a Chief of Staff with six years of experience working alongside executive teams of public companies. Nadiya specializes in improving efficiency and effectiveness of rapidly growing organizations, running company-wide horizontal projects, and uplifting an overall health of teams and business. She is passionate about animal welfare and recently started a pro bono project to support animal shelters in Ukraine. In free time, Nadiya enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and two dogs.
