About your speakers:
Elena Marson - Campaigns & Events Specialist @IDeaS
Elena is a Senior Event Manager with over a decade of experience creating high-impact B2B events across EMEA. Known for her passion for building lasting relationships and injecting creativity into every project, she helps brands turn events into powerful growth engines.
Beyond the business world, Elena is a single parent and proud burnout survivor who has turned life's toughest challenges into fuel for resilience and inspiration. A wellness enthusiast devoted to yoga and breathwork, and a self-confessed fashion addict and Vinted guru obsessed with ‘70s, ‘80s, and ‘90s trends, Elena sees style as a bold form of self-expression and community building.
Her journey shapes her empathetic leadership, creative mindset, and drive to inspire and uplift others - both in the boardroom and beyond.
Anne-Hélène Monsimier - Global Reimbursement Lead @BioMarin
Anne-Hélène is a 34-year-old French professional with a global mindset, shaped by living in eight countries over the past 16 years. With a background in business and economics, she has spent the last decade building her career in the life sciences, pharma, and biotech industry - fields she is deeply passionate about.
Currently holding a global role, she has been working remotely from Taiwan since relocating from London three years ago with her husband. She navigated pregnancy and early motherhood abroad, giving birth to their first child in Taipei - and is now preparing to welcome their second child here in just a few weeks.
Balancing international time zones, family life, and career, she advocates for flexibility, honest communication, and mutual compromises in partnerships to ensure that both people in a relationship can pursue and fulfil their personal and professional aspirations.
Solène Fontanges - Account Manager @Decathlon Travel
Solène is an Account Manager at Decathlon Travel, the French marketplace for sports travel around the world.
She studied in Russia, then worked in the United States and, most recently, in Switzerland - each experience shaping her in unique and powerful ways. From the echoes of post-communism to the heart of ultra-liberal cultures, Solène learned to adapt quickly and thrive in any environment.
The entrepreneurial energy of New York inspired her to launch her own artisanal brand while balancing her corporate job, right in the heart of Manhattan.
Living abroad has taught her one thing: you’re exceptional to locals because you’re different - and you’re exceptional at home because your mindset has changed. This contrast became her driving force, and in many ways, her passion.
