​Sveikiname atvykus į mūsų prancūziško sūrio vakarą, kurį su meile ir užsidegimu organizuoja "Prancūzas ir Troba"!

​​Kviečiame jus Gegužės 22-osios vakarą leistis į nuostabią kelionę po Prancūzijos sūrių pasaulį, kur kiekviena sūrio lėkštė tampa jūsų nuotykių žemėlapiu.

​​Nuo švelnaus Saint-Nectaire iki pikantiško Roquefort'o – mūsų sūrio ekspertas Medhi, iš "La Petite France" parduotuvėlės Vilniuje, padės atrasti Prancūzijos sūrių paslaptis. Kiekvienas kąsnis bus lydimas įdomių istorijų ir faktų.

​​Be to, vakarą papuoš ne tik skanus maistas, kuriame sužinosite kaip ir kokį sūrį valgo tikri prancūzai, bet ir nuotaikinga gyva prancūziška muzika, desertas siurprizas, bei vyno degustacija/derinimas.

​​Pažymėkite Gegužės 22-ąją nuo 18:00 valandos savo kalendoriuose ir ruoškitės vakarui, kurio metu skonis ir džiaugsmas susilies į vieną.

​VAKARO PROGRAMA:

​18:00-19:00 renkamės, gurkšnojam vynelį ar naminį limonadą ir bendraujam, grojant gyvai prancūziškai muzikai.

​19:00 sėdame prie stalo ir pradedame sūrio kelionę, kuri prasidės nuo Morbier. Sūrio ekspertas Medhi papasakos iš kur kilo šis sūris ir kodėl iki šiol į jį yra dedami pelenai.

​Vėliau seka dar net 5 labai skirtingi sūriai, su savo legendomis, istorija ir faktais.

​20:30 labaitradicinis prancūziškas desertas, kurio niekur Lietuvoje neradome, todėl teko užsakyti specialiai jums! O šio deserto pavadinimą paliekame siurprizui.

​Pasirinkus opciją su vyno derinimu, išragausite 4 vyno rūšis, o vakaro gale, pagal seną prancūzų tradiciją - digestif, stiprus gėrimas, kad viskas geriau susivirškintų.

​​Get ready to say "oui" to an evening of cheese paired with wine and fun at our Cheese Fest evening hosted by Dovile from @prancuzas_ir_troba!

​​On May 22nd, we're inviting you to join us for a night where the flavors of France take center stage and the cheese board accompanied with matching natural wine, becomes your playground.

​​From the gentle Saint-Nectaire to the sharpest Roquefort, our maestro of cheese Medhi from "La Petite France" shop in Vilnius will guide you through a delectable journey of France's finest. As you nibble and savor, you'll be regaled with tales behind each cheese, making every bite a story to remember.

​​And what's a party without a little entertainment? We've got that covered too, with mood-setting tunes of live french music, surprise dessert and paired drinks will keep the vibes as delightful as the Camembert.

​​So mark your calendars for May 22nd, from 6 PM, and prepare for an evening where indulgence and gaiety are the guests of honor.

​EVENING PROGRAM:

​At 18:00-19:00 we gather, sip wine or homemade lemonade and socialise while listening to a live French music.

​At 19:00 we sit down at the table and start our cheese journey with Morbier. Cheese expert Medhi will tell you where this cheese came from and why ash is still added to it. Every cheese type will be paired with a different glass of a specific French wine.

​Then there are 5 more varieties of cheese with their own history and facts.

​20:30 a very traditional French dessert that we couldn't find anywhere in Lithuania, so we had to order it especially for you! However, we leave the name of this dessert as a surprise.

​If you choose the option with wine pairing, you will taste 4 types of wine paired depending on the type of cheese, and at the end of the evening. There will also be a traditional old French tradition, a digestif (a strong drink) that will be served to help you digest everything better.
