


Thrive Lab: Overcome Internal Burnout Traps
This month, we'll gain new tools to replace the internal, invisible drivers of burnout (people-pleasing, perfectionism, and imposter syndrome) with self-compassion and inner confidence.
Thrive Labs are monthly, action-oriented workshops designed to equip you with evidence-based strategies for stress management, burnout prevention, and leadership development. Each session is interactive, where you'll learn new tools, ask questions, and engage in discussions that help you apply these strategies to your daily life. You'll also receive workbooks and guidebooks to continue reflecting and implementing what you've learned throughout the month.
While all labs are available to watch afterwards on-demand via recordings, however please note that the live session is not recorded to encourage open and candid discussion among participants.
