Scenario Planning Foresight & Scenario Models. Building Your Future Story

1. Scenario planning helps decision-makers to identify ranges of potential outcomes and impacts, evaluate responses and manage both, positive and negative possibilities. It also helps enforce a methodology that helps you stay ahead of the curve moving forward in the Future of work.

2. What are plausible, probable or preferable scenarios and examples

3. Visualizing potential risks and opportunities, businesses can become proactive versus simply reactive to events. (Future Pandemics, Cybercrime, Climate impact, Technology, Jobs, etc.).

4. What are the risks if companies don’t have scenarios in place (think of when Covid-19 hit in 2020 and not that many organizations had scenarios in place),

5. Elements that will be addressed to develop scenarios.
