Crunch & Brunch x RowdyBox
On Saturday April 12th, Join us for a box and lift class at RowdyBox. After class, we'll enjoy charcuterie and snacks and refreshments at their studio. Bring a water bottle + boxing wraps and boxing gloves if you have them. Boxing wraps and gloves will be available to borrow at the studio if not!
12:00pm: arrive at the studio. Check in, sign waivers, and get excited for class.
12:15pm: Class starts!
1pm: Snacks, refreshments, making new friends!
