About Event

Who are you? One of the trickiest questions we might ever face.

...Who are you, todayA much better question.

In this 2-hour (virtual) workshop facilitated by Lauren Russ (CEO of SELFHOOD), you'll embark on a journey of self-awareness, opening up and exploring the stories you tell about who you are, who you've been and who you're becoming.

This workshop is for anyone seeking a deeper understanding of, and connection to, the person they are right now. Whether you're at a crossroads, navigating transitions, or simply curious about self-exploration, this session is for you.

On December 21st you will:

- Deepen your understanding of self & identity.

- Reflect and identify core stories, beliefs and experiences, and their influence on your identity.

- Start to break open self-imposed identity limitations.

- Explore and experiment with new or emerging parts of yourself.

- Participate in meaningful discussions where you can exchange ideas & gain different perspectives.

- Leave with tools, prompts and exercises that can support you in continuing to connect and explore your selfhood.

Sign up today! Limited spots available.

Selfhood: "Selfhood is not a fixed or static concept but rather a dynamic and evolving aspect of an individual's life. It encompasses the totality of one's being, including thoughts, emotions, beliefs, values, upbringing, cultural influences, personal experiences, and interactions".
