Express the Unspeakable - Workshop series for adults with the tools of Art Therapy 4/4
Have you ever felt that words just aren’t enough to express what’s truly going on inside you?
In the Express the Unspeakable workshop series, you’re invited to explore what’s moving within you through the liberating, healing, and insightful power of creative expression.
Like an iceberg, most of our psyche is hidden beneath the surface - unseen, yet deeply influential. Through intuitive, playful art processes, we can access these deeper layers and gently bring insight, clarity, and healing to what words alone often cannot reach.
This is not about making “art”, it’s about reconnecting with yourself and discovering your authentic inner voice through non-verbal self-expression inspired by Art Therapy.
Together, we’ll explore inner transformations, intensions, desires, questions, callings, dreams, relationship questions, needs for renewal or rebirth, anything that is emerging within you - using tools like painting (small and large scale), clay work, kintsugi-inspired creation, movement, and guided relaxation.
Do you have to be good at art?
• You don’t need to be an artist - just come as you are, and let it flow.
• You can gently connect to what is forming, shifting, or healing within you.
• You can create, and reflect without judgment.
• You can gain insight without over-analyzing - we work with the whole being, not just the thinking mind.
This experience can help you:
• Quiet the inner noise
• Release emotional pressure
• Reconnect to your intuition
• Move forward with a decision you’ve been circling
