Moon & Waves Online Embodiment Class

​​Channel big moon energy through a combination of gentle somatic practices, like fluid movement, embodied affirmations and conscious conversations. Just as the moon shines her bright light, this class will lead you into a space of fullness (wholeness/oneness) by connecting the logical mind to the feeling body to experience the beauty that is divine self love.

​​Please gather a yoga mat, your journals and an open heart. Wear comfy clothing, light a candle and drop in, sis.

​*This is a Women's only class. Camera's must be on during intros and then can be turned off after if needed. This is a safe space for us all to show up authentically.
