About Event
Do you have locked up hips? Tight hamstrings? Stiff lower back? If so, Gravity Yoga can help. Gravity Yoga is a targeted mobility training method that works to open up your body.
No experience required, super stiff people always welcome:) I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
This class we will focus on the Hamstrings. Experience opening these often tight areas and feel great!
Recommended Props: Yoga mat, blocks / or books, blankets & cushions, strap / or belt.
***Please also have some space available on the wall. *** Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away from the mat so I can see your full body during class.
