​"Tuesday Recap - Social Presencing Theater (SPT) Practice Space" is co-hosted by Uri Noy Meir and Débora Barrientos. We meet on Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM CET, to reconnect to unwind mid-week and practice in Presence.

​Each week, we engage in SPT exercises and provide a moment to pause, write, and reflect on our experiences. An opportunity to explore the wisdom of your body and the present moment in a supportive and nurturing virtual space. All levels experience levels are welcome.
