Women Leaders in Tech are Paving the Way in GenAI

​We will share key findings from Boston Consulting Group (BCG)'s Women in Tech Report 2024.

​Key highlights from the report (link https://on.bcg.com/4b98ld0): Women in senior tech functions are taking the lead in GenAI adoption, surpassing men by 14 percentage points. This creates a significant opportunity towards closing the gender gap in the tech industry! However, early-career women and those outside of tech functions still face challenges in adopting GenAI. This report features 6,500+ tech professional worldwide and focuses on the adoption of GenAI in tech, including driving factors and actionable strategies for equitable adoption.

​About the Speaker: Gunjan Mundhra is a Principal at BCG, based out of Seattle. She is a core member of the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice area at BCG and actively contributes to several Women at BCG initiatives. Gunjan began her journey at BCG India in 2018 and transferred to BCG US in 2020.
