One of the most acclaimed German Netflix original series is Dark, a captivating science fiction thriller centred around time travel and a cryptic small town. The complex storylines intertwine the lives of characters across various timelines, while still captivating a global audience.

In this case study, I analyze the renowned streaming service and its content through the lens of information architecture. How is the content structured to meet the diverse needs of viewers based on their unique viewing contexts?
