The NYU GenAudio & AI Club has partnered with Machine Cinema, an AI Film & Art Community and Resource to do a Gen Jam! They've partnered with the Sundance Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, OpenAI, Palm Springs City, and more!
Open to NYU students and faculty. Outside guests must RSVP to attend. This is so we can let you into Steinhardt.

What’s Happening
1. Tutorial & Demos (30–45 minutes)
• Get a hands-on intro to tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, KlingAI, Hailuoai, and more. Licenses provided by Machine Cinema.
2. Creative Generating
• Collaborate in small teams to craft a 30-second to 3 minute, music video—no experience needed!
3. Showcase (last 45 minutes)
• Share your finished piece and celebrate everyone’s creations in a friendly, festival-style screening.
IMPORTANT!
• Bring a laptop for all the generating and editing (headphones optional but handy).
