Este lunes a las 7:00 am nos encontramos para empezar el día desde otro lugar, con una clase de vinyasa yoga de 1 hora.
En esta edición especial, después de la práctica, vamos a compartir algo delicioso gracias a la colaboración con Almendra Obrador 🥐☕💛 que nos va a consentir con cositas ricas para comer y beber. Una pausa bonita para saborear, conversar y simplemente estar.

​Nos reunimos frente al mar, con los pies descalzos, los ojos aún medio dormidos, y el corazón abierto para recibir la semana elevando nuestra frecuencia
Movemos el cuerpo al ritmo de la respiración y dejamos que el sol nos despierte suavemente

​Este espacio nació para que no tengas que hacerlo solo. Para que te sientas parte de esta comunidad.

Trae tu propio mat/esterilla, un jerseysito por si hace fresco, y lo más importante: tus ganas de empezar el día con consciencia y presencia para dar lo mejor de ti.

7AM CLUB
This Monday at 7:00 am we’ll meet to start the day from a different place, with a 1-hour Vinyasa yoga class.

​In this special edition, after the practice, we’ll share something delicious thanks to our collaboration with Almendra Obrador 🥐☕💛 who will treat us with tasty snacks and drinks. A beautiful pause to savor, chat, and simply be.

​We gather by the sea, barefoot, with sleepy eyes, and open hearts ready to receive the week by raising our frequency.
We move the body with the rhythm of the breath and let the sun gently wake us up.

​This space was created so you don’t have to do it alone. So you feel part of this community.
Bring your own mat, a little sweater just in case it’s chilly, and most importantly: your willingness to start the day with awareness and presence to give your best.
