​Just over a year ago, I started the Analytics Accelerator, my mentorship program geared towards taking people on the most direct path to becoming a standout data analyst.

​After 4 cohorts and nearly 100 ambitious students - many of them with success stories landing their dream data jobs in less than 3 months - I'm really excited to share some of the strategies that have made the biggest difference in breaking through today's (very competitive) data job market.
