About Perspectives
In a world of fast replies and fleeting interactions, we’re creating a safe space for meaningful conversations with curious individuals.

About the Circle
Films are more than entertainment — they shape the way we see ourselves, influence how society perceives us, and leave behind characters and moments that stay etched in memory. From childhood favorites to cult classics, cinema has a way of reflecting culture, shaping identity, and sparking collective dreams.

This Perspectives Circle is an invitation to reflect on how movies have influenced who we are — our gender roles, aspirations, relationships, and even the way we imagine the world. Together, we’ll share stories of the films and characters that shaped us, and unpack why they continue to hold such power.

Initiator Profile
The initiator is a gynecologist in her thirties who has been a movie lover since childhood. Growing up in a joint family, she remembers the vivid contrast of different films playing simultaneously on her parents’ and grandparents’ TVs. Even as her professional life grew more demanding, films remained more than just a pastime — they became a source of inspiration, reflection, and emotional connection.

For her, cinema is not just about watching stories but about how those stories help us understand ourselves and our society. She is hosting this circle to create a fun yet thoughtful space for others to share the films that shaped their journeys.
