About our Speakers
Anna Marie Wagner — Co-Founder/CEO (Stealth) and Board Member/Advisor
Anna Marie Wagner’s career has spanned investing and operating roles in both hypergrowth and mature companies. She is currently the co-founder and CEO of a stealth startup working on reinforcement learning in biology and she also advises companies across both the public and private sectors. Previously, Anna Marie was on the executive team at Ginkgo Bioworks (NYSE:DNA), where over the years she built and led numerous functions including finance, corporate development, and AI. Anna Marie led Ginkgo’s public offering in 2021, raising $1.6 billion in what is still the largest-ever go-public raise in biotech. She is also an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where she co-teaches an elective course on failure (and loves the irony!).
Claire Jin — Vice President, Life Sciences and Healthcare Startup Banking, JP Morgan Commercial Banking
Claire Jin is part of the JPMorgan Commercial Banking Startup Banking team, where she uses her life sciences background to assist emerging businesses. Previously, she was a medical scientist specializing in RNA-based drug development for glioblastoma multiforme at UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. With over a decade at JPMorgan, Claire has gained diverse experience, allowing her to offer valuable insights and support to startup founders, driven by her passion for helping people and guiding entrepreneurs.
Samantha Tabone — General Partner, XEIA Venture Partners
Trained in the life sciences, Samantha has spent her entire career working with early stage biotech and medtech companies looking to solve complexities of brain disease. After joining XEIA in 2022, she's invested in 14 companies and is seeking to continue funding the world of early stage frontier healthcare with a particular emphasis on what XEIA defines as "enabling Human 3".
