Give thanks we live in Miami (while it's still here) - 11/20 at The Wetlab

​*UM's Marine Biology campus is the first right after the Seaquarium. Free parking in the garage on the left hand side after you pass the gate. Start walking straight back and we'll be by the water.

​You are likely reading this because you either know me (Chuck) or someone I know.

​Elections are over, and it's time we all come together. With winter approaching in most of the country, let's appreciate that we don't have to cope with the extreme cold and snow that our friends in other places may have to deal with. Not to rub it in their faces, but sometimes we can take it for granted how lucky we are (for now)

​It will also be the evening before GIVE MIAMI DAY. So feel free to ask people who they are supporting.

​Okay, and perhaps I just wanted an excuse to bring together people I have met over the dozen years I have been in Miami. From Univision to Millicom and my local activism, I feel fortunate to have got to know so many interesting and often quirky individuals. And that doesn't even begin to reflect on the numerous entrepreneurs in Miami's startup community.
