Crunch & Brunch hosts monthly events that combine health & wellness, delicious food, and making new friends in Seattle.
On Wednesday September 25th, Join us for an Essentials pilates class at The Pilates Hub (Green Lake) followed by dinner at Mykonos Greek Grill.
Thank you to Lemon Perfect (@lemonperfect) and Knack Snacks (@knacksnacks) who will also be providing refreshing post-workout drinks and snacks for everyone.
6:15pm: arrive at The Pilates Hub studio. Check in, and get excited for class.
6:30pm: Class starts! This is a pilates class on a reformer machine. Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that uses a specialized machine to challenge and target muscles throughout the body
7:15pm: Head over to Mykonos Greek Grill nearby for dinner with new friends!

About The Essentials class at The Pilates Hub: This class is suitable for everyone, especially those that want to refine their technique. It's a full-body workout with progressions and regressions offered to meet you where you are at.
Grip socks are required for this class! Please bring them and a water bottle with you.
