About Event

This 4-week cohort is designed to help you master emotional regulation, understand your trigger patterns, and build the tools you need to stay grounded in the face of overwhelm. If you’ve ever felt like your emotions hijack your reactions—or that you shut down or lash out when stressed—this cohort is for you.

You’ll learn why your nervous system gets dysregulated, how to recognize early warning signs before escalation, and how to apply practical somatic and cognitive tools to return to a state of calm and clarity.

This is the second offering of Cohort Two, scheduled specifically for those who prefer Friday evenings or are in Asia & Australia-friendly time zones.
