Workshop: Exploring Your Asian American Identity: As a partner
What part of your Asian culture, upbringing, and expectations are you bringing to your intimate relationship? Let's unpack this, identify, and explore how we can benefit from, misunderstand due to, and use our Asian culture to positively show up in our intimate relationship.
~
Daily, this week (Apr. 28-May 2), around the same time, each day we'll be exploring your identity stemming from your childhood (Mon), socially with your friends (Tue), professionally at your workplace (Wed), with your partner (Thu), and/or with your in-laws (Fri):
Monday - Asian American as a child
Tuesday - Asian American as a friend
Wednesday - Asian American as a professional
Thursday - Asian American as a partner
Friday - Asian American with in-laws
This is a virtual, "closed," "capped," confidential workshop that explores reemerging identity topics among Asian Americans. 50 min. More information (e.g. virtual link) to follow upon registration. Please email estherjung.therapist@gmail.com with questions.
I look forward to meeting and getting to know you all and hearing your story. Thank you for stepping forward into this work with your fellow Asian community.
