About Event

Join us for a hands-on workshop using GenomicOS and OakVar to explore real genetic data.

You'll connect to a cloud-hosted GenomicOS server and work through the process of analyzing a genome and interpreting variant data to uncover health and longevity insights.

You will actively:

Access a live GenomicOS environment (no setup needed).
Perform variant analysis using OakVar.
Identify rare disease risks, health markers, and genetic traits.
Learn how to read and interpret personal genomic data.

What you’ll take away:
Hands-on experience with real genomic analysis tools, a practical understanding of variant interpretation, and insights into the future of AI-driven personal health.

💻 Bring your laptop to interact live (browser-based access; Linux, macOS, and Windows supported).

🧬 If you want to analyze your own genome, bring your VCF file downloaded beforehand.
(Otherwise, a sample genome will be provided.)
