UVic Real Estate Club

For the first time at UVic, we're bringing students the opportunity to both interactively learn about real estate and compete in teams for a share of significant prize money.

This is your chance to learn about residential real estate, commercial real estate, and development, all while applying your knowledge in practical exercises.

The Case Competition series consists of two weeks of preparation and a finale where teams of 3 or 4 will present their proposals to a panel of judges. Using the UVic Real Estate Brightspace, teams will have access to learning modules on February 26th. The case will be released on March 4th, giving participants a week to prepare before presenting on March 10th.

In addition to the prize money, we hope to offer a certificate for participation that helps students relay what they've learned to potential employers.

Registration in this competition requires a commitment to learning, creating, and presenting.
