It's not a user flow, a customer journey map, or anything else — it’s a tool that transforms how you understand and build digital products. In this session, you’ll learn the theory behind User Story Mapping and put it into practice. It’s a mindset shift that helps you understand what truly makes a user experience simple and intuitive, and how to design and simplify it.

​Part 2: Lean Startup Canvas Workshop

​Originally derived from the Business Model Canvas, the Lean Startup Canvas is tailored for digital products and startups. It captures key elements such as user problems, solutions, channels, goals, and metrics — all on a single page. In this practical session, we’ll guide you through creating your own Lean Canvas to clarify the bigger picture behind any project and understand the full context of any digital product.
