Managing Conflict & Difficult Conversations
In this workshop, you will learn how to approach conflict with confidence by reframing it as an opportunity for growth and understanding. We will provide strategies to make difficult conversations more comfortable and productive while helping you gain the skills needed to resolve conflicts constructively.
