System Work Level 1: A Refresher
Overview
This learning session serves 2 main purposes:
A refresher for Level 1: We'll revisit key concepts from Level 1, such as the Cycle of Experience (CoE), that are essential for Level 2. It’s an opportunity to reconnect with foundational ideas, ensuring you’re ready to dive into the advanced practices and challenges of Level 2.
Introduction to new materials: We’ll explore fundamental concepts and models designed to help you recognize and appreciate the diversity often present in systems.
In summary, this session combines lectures and group discussions to build on the knowledge gained in Level 1, preparing you for the next step: diagnosing and intervening in complex group and system dynamics.
Participants
This session is open to:
System Work Level 1 graduates (both public and private runs).
Those registered for Level 2 (including the February 2025 run or any future sessions).
