​Join us for 1-hour to move your body in this gentle, accessible and dynamic practice.

​This practice is designed to release stress and tension from the body whilst giving you a much-needed rest from the thinking and doing mode that dominates much of our lives.

​Most movement practices have specific movement patterns to attain or follow. In this practice, there is no goal. The only goal is to keep moving your body however it wants to move.

​It helps to improve your sensory awareness of the body, regulate the nervous system, unravel tension and stress (physical, mental, emotional), and expand your capacity to deal with life's stressors.

​About your guide, Ocean

​Ocean is a certified teacher of the Non-Linear Movement Method®, developed by Michaela Boehm — or what she calls 'wiggling'. Ocean's mission is to help people keep moving and living in alignment with what's alive for them right now.

​All you need to come prepared with is a private space to practice (ideally somewhere where you won't be interrupted), a yoga mat (/rug, comfy floor) and an open mind.

​

​Please note that for your benefit in receiving the full introduction and instructions for the session and for the benefit of everyone else getting ready to begin, we won't be able to admit you if you arrive 10 minutes after the start time.
